Jesse R. Stec

Jesse R. Stec is a senior associate at John R. Foley, P.C. and works alongside founding partner John R. Foley in leading the firm’s Family & Estate practice. With a decade of experience at the firm and direct mentorship from John, Jesse has developed a reputation for calm, calculated advocacy in high-conflict divorce litigation, contested custody, fiduciary disputes, and estate and trust matters.

Jesse’s practice focuses on helping families and fiduciaries navigate the most sensitive and complex legal issues with strategic clarity and discretion. He represents clients in contested divorce and custody proceedings, guardianship and conservatorship matters, trust and estate disputes, and multi-generational estate planning. His courtroom practice is paired with careful transactional work on the estate planning side.

Jesse joined the firm as a law clerk in 2015 and became an associate upon passing the Michigan bar in 2017.
